Found Jacob on Homestars after reading the excellent reviews and true to his word, his team did an excellent job after a tenant moved out. We also asked him to clean the foyer, stairs and hallways to the basement apartment. We were very pleased and he did his best to work around our crazy schedules. Thank you so much!

We have never had the windows cleaned professionally since we bought this 3 story ninety year old house with a glassed in porch five years ago. What a difference! They look fantastic. Also the company was very accommodating to our crazy schedule. Thank you so much!

This is the 2nd time we have used Victorious Carpet. Mark is very conscientious and a pleasure to deal with. Will happily use again when needed. The product was perfect for our situation.

I am very satisfied with the work and service of this company. Mark was extremely organized and courteous. He listened to my ideas but was very helpful with ideas of his own. His concern that we chose the appropriate carpet was wonderful.

We renovated a single family home into a multi unit dwelling. Cadaxx Design helped us every step of the way from the initial purchase, obtaining city permits and final drawings. This included much patience on their part as it was our first time doing this sort of project and we changed our ideas over the course of project. Alex and his team did a great job.

We had a new roof installed mainly due to a leak into my garage that developed in a valley in the roof. This was made very clear to the Lodde Rep. It has leaked multiple times every year since then(three years) They came twice under warranty,then installed a heating cable which we paid for.It leaked first snow and melt this year. I paid a friend who is a roofer to fix it.

Thank you for your feedback. It's always appreciated, as it is a tool for us to grow as an integrity based business. Our records indicate that we installed your roof in 2007. They also indicate that you have had problems with ice damning. Ice damns can be a very frustrating and problematic occurence for the homeowner and can lead to the homeowner questioning the integrity of the roof installed. As in our previous correspondence we would welcome the opportunity to go over your roof with you to determine what more we can do for you to poossibly eliminate ice damns forming in that area of your roof. We stand behind every job that we do, and if there is something that you feel we failed at doing, we would like the opportunity to remedy that.

Nearing completion of a difficult and complicated renovation from a single to a multi unit dwelling, we are pleased to highly recommend Reiner as a very involved coach assisting with permits, contractor referrals and supervision. We are planning to use his services again in the future.
