Having bought a Fhiaba refrigerator, the kitchen cabinetry company had trouble completing the panels for the fridge & freezer, as they had never dealt with this brand. After much back and forth with the cabinetry company and several visits from Lance & Team at Appliance Evolution, Lance took charge and provided the detailed instruction on what was required for the panels to be able to be properly mounted. Fourth time was a charm and the kitchen looks great. Special credit to Lance and his team for helping direct this to a successful conclusion. Last summer Art Metal designed & installed a backyard fence & gate at my home. Although scheduling became challenging during Covid times, they were great at communicating progress with the fence build and planned install dates. Since that time, the gate latch has gone off alignment slightly on two occasions (harsh cold winters!) but Art metal came out to make the required adjustment.
