When I went to turn on my furnace this fall I found that it wasn't heating, and this was on a weekend just before it was set to reach a high of zero degrees the coming Monday. I called Heatmaster Saturday evening, and by Sunday morning Dmitri swung by. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in under a minute, and while he was here he also quieted a rattle that was making the furnace a bit louder than usual. Thanks again to Heatmaster and Dmitri for such speedy and knowledgeable service, even on the weekend.

I recently purchased my first house, which had a furnace from the 70s and no air conditioning. I called Heatmaster and they took care of everything, including disposal of the old furnace. At all times they were very polite, very professional, and helped explain anything I was unfamiliar with as a first time homeowner.
