leak(s) around furnace/HW Tank
When our local energy utility forced me to swap out all old piping for furnace and hot water tank to the new white pipes which are now to code, leaks occurred as the old tar-job seals had to be broken. Water leaked from the venting outside on my deck into the basement . I had a hard time fixing it for about 5 years. Then Jonathan and his company came along and got serious about a real fix . First winter test coming up but I have a real good feeling!
