Moving from Mississauga to Richmond Hill
The crew was great, no issues with them. I have a problem with the company not being very professional. It is partly my fault for not doing my research as I see more people with reviews gave bad marks. Very simple complaint; it was mentioned there were many items to take (33 years living there, 3 bedrooms, garage, 2 sheds, and a basement) and the truck they brought did not fit everything. Had to take many items (3 trips) myself and a 14' uhaul the day before the move as I had an itch they would not deliver.

Hello Nick. I am sorry for the way you feel about the company. The largest moving straight truck available is a 28 foot truck which is standard for moving a 3 bedroom home. Anything larger would have been a tractor trailer. Our movers offered to go back and complete the move but you refused. We confirmed the truck and crew size weeks prior to the move with you and you confirmed “everything looks good” via e-mail. I hope you understand that (as I mentioned to you in our email conversations) if we had received a phone call from you on the date of the move we would have had a second truck at your location immediately free of charge. Once again I am sorry you feel that way about the company and I wish there was a way that we can resolve this.
