Called on advice of a friend. Lead contractor was a great listener and provided solid, costed options (including some very creative thinking) to our needs. Work commenced on time and was finished only slightly later than anticipated, due to meticulous approach. Appreciated updates with on site and photo progress with explanations. When complications arose, they were dealt with in a transparent, efficient and effective manner. Seemed very aligned with us to obtain the optimal outcome. Communication, disciplined approach and deep knowledge of trade stand out for me. Would not hesitate to recommend and will most certainly employ again. Great follow up to ensure we were happy with outcome.
