California Homes is a custom builder and they do a fantastic job with designing and building the home. You can modify an existing plan or come up with a new floor plan altogether. The trades people that work for this company are very respectful and have pride in their work. The only downside is that the painters don't do the greatest job.

Nice guys and do a good job. Good selection of flooring materials. The hardwood floors though had to be re-done because the contractor that they hired to finish it did not do a good job and seemed to be in a hurry. In the end, the finished product was good.
