Prior to my move Johan and Anna in the office were always available to patiently answer my questions. The moving day experience was off to a beautiful start with my 3 friendly movers, Darrin, Tyrell and Kiah standing on their ramp greeting me Good Morning with a smile! This team was truly outstanding - efficient, organized and strong, while always maintaining their cheerful good humour. The added bonus was that my move came in under the quoted amount. Top notch customer service from EcoComfort from quote stage through to project completion! Wojtek was so responsive and helpful. He inspected the existing insulation and quoted the upgrade to R50. To improve air flow around the vents, some of the old insulation would be removed and baffles installed . Arriving early the day of the job, Tom and Paul were the consummate professionals - knowledgeable and friendly too, taking photos at various stages of the job. I was very satisfied with their work and their clean-up afterwards was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Such a pleasure dealing with the expert, friendly staff of AtlasCare for my new furnace. My salesperson, Rudy explained the best options for my home and clearly knew his stuff. Wonderful service and great value! Lucas is the consummate professional - responsive, knowledgeable and quick with his quote. The walls in my bedroom and dining room needed a lot of prep work, as an elevator had just been removed. Lucas and his team made the walls look like new, and also removed some old flocked wallpaper from the ensuite. They did a superb job of protecting my new hardwood floors - no paint splotches at all! The painting job in the 3 rooms, closet and ensuite looks fantastic, and the whole job was completed for LESS than the estimate. I will definitely call Lucas again!

Wonderful experience with this store - I couldn't be happier. When I visited the showroom, Sam patiently listened to my requirements and then recommended a beautiful hickory hardwood for my living room, dining room and bedroom. First the old hardwood had to be removed, a brutal job which the installers, Vinnie and Jason, completed with amazing energy. I was so impressed with their work ethic and attention to detail. They were totally focused on making their customer happy and completed an expert installation. I love my gorgeous new floors and for future jobs, will definitely return to the Hardwood Flooring Store!

When my computer was infected with a vicious virus, I was so lucky to find PCNix on HomeStars! Amir answered my desperate call personally and right from the start I was impressed with his professionalism. He agreed to come to my house that evening, arriving exactly on time. Watching Amir work, it was obvious he was a very knowledgeable and experienced technician. He attacked the virus problem quickly and methodically, killing off that virus in no time.
