My husband and I went to the store in Mission and purchased a coffee table and console table. We elected to pick up the furniture ourselves from the warehouse instead of getting it delivered. When the furniture was ready for pick up, we received a phone call. (The furniture arrived on-time.) My husband went to the warehouse. Both pieces of furniture were unwrapped and ready for inspection upon my husband's arrival. The warehouse worker noticed that the console table was damaged and promptly brought another table down and unwrapped it to inspect. Both pieces of furniture were wrapped back up very well (by the warehouse workers) for transport.

My experience in the store was fairly good. Most of the sales people were friendly and helpful. Given that the salespeople earn commission on sales, my husband and I found our salesperson a little too clingy; however, she was very friendly and gave us a lot of useful information about the furniture. At the suggestion of our salesperson, we had Tiffany, the in-home consultant, come to our home and help us select colours. Tiffany was very friendly and helped us select our fabrics and colours. She was knowledgeable about the EQ3 products and the fabrics. She made us feel at ease with our decisions. We ordered the white glove delivery and both pieces arrived on time. The movers were professional and took away all the waste. We are happy with our furniture.

We called Davey Tree for a quote to remove two overgrown pine trees from our backyard and they responded right away and answered all of our questions. (We also called their biggest competitor for a quote and they took an unreasonable amount of time to respond and their quote was significantly higher.) My husband and I were at work when Davey Tree completed the tree removal at our house. They said they would leave the firewood and mulch behind. They mistakenly took the firewood with them at the end of the day. When we called to mention their mistake, they brought it back the next day. We were happy that they were apologetic and returned to fix their mistake.

We needed a central humidifier so we called Arpi's for a quotation. The technician came to our house on time and explained to us what would be necessary for the installation and gave us a quote that was less than expected. The technician did his best to save us money by making the appropriate recommendations. When it came time for the install, the technician arrived on time and installed the humidifier. He was was very friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself. (We have not had any problems with the humidifier. It was installed two years ago.) We would recommend them to others and we are getting Arpi's to do additional work for us this year.
