There was a missing item in my order and the response was the best I've ever received. Typically businesses give a nice response and the item is shipped out via their regular delivery method. In this case this was across the country so I was expecting to wait several days. They sent it priority and I received the item in 1 or 2 days. They also tucked in a couple of little extras. Really above and beyond. The rugs are great: lovely and well-priced compared to other retailers.
