Yesterday our gas dryer stopped working so I began searching for a service technician to come and have a look at it. It was a bit of a process as most companies I contacted did not service gas appliances such as ours. On Home Stars we discovered EnergyTech Appliance Service Inc. and I called them. I spoke with Sami and he was very helpful over the phone and agreed to come by today to have a look at it. He was very polite and upfront on the phone about the cost for the service call. He showed up today at the agreed upon timeslot and proceeded to service the dryer. He was very polite and respectful as he explained what he was doing and why. It turned out it was only that our heat sensor was coated with lint so tightly that it could not read the temperature and thus was showing the error code. While he had the dryer apart he took the time to do some cleaning wherever possible to help us keep the dryer in good condition. He also recommended that we have the vent and hoe cleaned out to assist with the operation and the longevity of the machine. We were very impressed and happy with everything regarding this service call and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking appliance services. Sami's honesty with what the issue was shows exactly how dedicated he is to his craft and to his customer service ethic.
