Alex came to look at our dryer the first day, on time, and diagnosed the problem as a worn belt. It's an ancient dryer so he didn't have the part, but said he would be back the same time the next day with the part. Unfortunately Alex was rear ended by another driver on the way here, and I was willing to cancel the appointment for a more convenient time for him, but he refused and came in the early evening to finish the job. A good, friendly and competent technician who is also very dedicated to his work.
