i got all new appliances from sears about a week ago. their customer sevice and prices were fair i believe and overall they did a pretty good job. i would recomend them to my friends and family

they cleaned the carpets thuroughly and they had excellent customer service and appropiate pricing i believe...the only thing i would say si that when they were completed their service the carpets were not dry
