Backed out with my vehicle at the garage door was closing. The tracking wheels were displaced from the frame. Could not close the door after this. The service was excellent, at the same day. I was given a 2 hours time for the visit. Randall came on time, found the problem immediately and get it fix in 3 minutes. He was very polite and pleasure to talk to.
