I had Kevin and his gang come out last year to do a coating on concrete in my backyard. Ive got time. They also did driveway coding. I paid them and about a week later they came back to check the quality of their work and they were not satisfied. They came back and redid the coding on the driveway, which quite honestly I didnt really notice any issue, but they did. I was thoroughly impressed at how their quality of work is so important to them. I brought them back again this year to do a coating on a concrete in my front yard and coding in my garage floor, the results are outstanding and the service once again was top-notch. I would highly recommend this group and will bring them back for any other future work I might need.

Domenic was very pleasant to work with. He committed to finishing the job once he start do in 3 weeks time (roughly) I had all accomplished which is great. A few issues came up: he hired a tile guy to finish my bathroom but instead of having the tile guy complete grout and caulking, he did it. This area of work is not his strength so I had to have him back a bunch of times to fill little holes. The caulking was all wrong (colour) and while he did say hed use white, I thought he meant around my lighter coloured tiles. I removed all the caulking and redid it myself. It now looks great. I ordered pea gravel for my walkway along my house and I got 3/4 gravel. They were almost done when I got home so I just decided to leave it. But its not what I requested. There were a few pieces of granite were broken during the renovation which required a replacement, fortunately Id already bought a full granite slab so it was easy enough to have him go have another one cut. He did a great job on replacing my fence gate, it looks great. He did a great job of finishing my stairs. He always came back to fix whatever issue that came up. My advice: make sure the quote you receive is crystal clear on what is/is not included. The initial one I received was very vague and when we started going through details, he would tell me certain things werent included. Make sure you keep a copy of every revision to the quote. Once a quote is changed on the system, you cant review the old one to compare.

Kevin was absolutely great to work with. He explained everclearlt, made recommendations and completed the work as advised. They have an excellent follow service policy which brought them back to finalize any finishing touches. I would highly recommend them. What a pleasure to work with!
