Manny provided an estimate for the replacement of my vinyl siding on a 24 year old home. Without knowing what would be uncovered, we started the replacement process, only to find that the initial work done by the builder was not adequate. Manny provided options for doing the work to remedy the issues by the builder. The workmanship has been impeccable, such that the neighbors in community also commented on his workmanship. Manny and his crew were very efficient completed the job on time and within budget. Manny and his crew were very friendly, cleaned up every day after their work. Manny is a contractor that arrives on time, does the work that needed to be done, very communicative and explains everything that is being done.
