If I could give negative stars, I would! I hired PKD Painting in July 2022 to paint a few rooms and repair drywall since I had no time to do it myself and suffer from chronic back pain. Halfway through the job, after my real estate agent and I saw questionable drywall repairs and rooms where the wall paint was rolled onto the ceiling, I addressed these with Peter (owner) who assured me he would fix his work. Upon completion, my real estate agent and I did our final walkthrough and were left with no words. Listen folks, I have been a general contractor, have built houses, done drywalling and painting - I know poor workmanship when I see it. The drywall repairs were bulging and gave way when we pressed on it, the walls in the rooms looked like sections were missing coats of paint and the ceilings weren't fixed. No drop clothes were used leaving paint splattered on expensive furniture along with brush streaks on fabric! I have called, texted and emailed my concerns with zero response. In the meantime, I have had to hire a new paint contractor to redo the entire project which has put me out double the cost.
