We decided to remodel the upstairs portion of our house seeing as our kids are getting older and the wanted their own space. After interviewing several companies and receiving quotes which were very high a friend recommended AEC after looking into the company we explored their PM program. After meeting with one of their PMs we decided to make use of the PM program. The simple version to this is they saved us money and everything turned out great.
