George was efficient and did great work. Brought a gas line into my kitchen, hooked up the stove and did necessary pressure tests, etc. He also found my furnace needed a new flex hose and the gas line into the house was not grounded..a big no no! He did that extra work and was dong quickly. I highly recommend George and GasGuys.ca Inc.

AWESOME job by the crew! You know at first I thought I was quoted too high! I was completely wrong. Other companies were quoting me 4 man crew and ONE truck, and at least 14 HOURS for $1600-$1800. Rent-a-Son provided 6 man crew, two trucks, and quoted an 8 hour day! Four bedroom house and I have an 20-month toddler so 8 hour day SOUNDED IDEAL. AND they did it in less time! As soon as they showed up at 8 am on-time!, tehy walked the house, proritized and began loaded the 100 boxes I had of stuff, then they dismantled furniture, wrapped everything nicely and filled up the TWO trucks. I have too much stuff! On the receiving end, they were just as fast and organized! The crew were courteous, friendly and respectful at all times. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RENT-A-SON...they are worth every penny and more!

From the first call for a quote to the final report in hand, Tom at Clearview was quick to respond to any questions and made my decision to hire their services simple. Courteous, professional and very knowledgeable Tom and Bob made me feel secure that buying this property was the right decision. Bob was the best. During the inspection he explained everything he was looking for and gave me tips on how manage the smallest issues to the potential large issues if we don't repair some things soon. His knowledge and experience and the thorough report he provided is a resource I will use for the next few years for sure! I would recommend Clearview to anyone looking for a home inspector.

Was quoted one cost then charged more than quote and for items they didn't originally quote. And funny how they don't call me back on my request for a refund. I would write a good review on their work if they would call me to resolve the pricing discrepancy.

I had a growing water stain on the ceiling my upstairs bathroom. I feared roof damage, pests in my attic, etc. Mr. Roof Repair came and discovered the nuts on the roof top vent from that bathroom had rusted and shrunk, allowing water enter through the screw holes and therefore creating minor water damage. They quickly replaced the rusted nuts and sealed them on all the vents on my roof. They provided a full report with before and after pictures...no more leak, no more damage and I've got clean ceilings again. Thanks Mr. Roof Repair.

Mike and Vitali were prompt efficient and courteous. They quickly solved and repaired the problem with my washer. I am completely confident that they have solved the problem...now I just need to teach my tenant how to use the machine without breaking it. It wasn't the cheapest service but they scheduled us quickly and repaired it quickly. To me, that is value added. Thanks guys!
