So here I am debating whether or not to pay for a home inspection since I'm in commercial construction and I have extensive knowledge of home building. My wife felt strongly about an inspection so I googled for a home inspector, Rick came up with great reviews... and for a good reason! He inspected aspects of my new home that I would have never thought to inspect and did a thorough and excellent job! The report itself is full of valuable info that any homeowner should have.
