Oscar , Oscar , Oscar .. you and your company deserve an Oscar for the quality of work done . He went an extra mile when he really didn't need to. It started to rain when there was just about 3 hours of work to be done. Returned the next day as promised but found it was a bit wet for the caulking to take hold as he wanted. No other contractor would return one more day spending his precious time again the next day but he did. I must say with the limited knowledge of caulking I have , he did an excellent job.
