Simply AMAZING!!!! Award Plus Plumbing arrived at my home in less than half an hour, was very polite, friendly, kind, and courteous; excellent problem solver. Went out of his way to save me money and make sure that the job was don't right. Wore booties and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend Award Plus Plumbing and I will be using them from now on for all my plumbing needs.

As a young female home owner its hard to find reliable trustworthy trades people. Peter responded immediately, was friendly, trustworthy and reliable. Even as the owner of the Plumbers DIrect, Peter is out in the trenches working along side his employees. He does superior work with a smile. It was a complicated job and he didn't give up, nor complain. He is an amazing problem solver, and remains calm and composed under pressure. He explained exactly what he was doing and was mindful of the cost. He wore booties into my house, and when the job was completed my house was spotless. I recommend Plumbers Direct to everyone. Peter is very wise, and my plumber of choice from now on! Corrine
