Alex came three times before he even started the job. He came and talked with my husband and gave an approximate estimate of the job. The second time he came and met with both of us, explaining in detail all of our options. The third time he came was for final measurements. He started our job on a Monday and because of weather and sickness was not able to complete the job until the following week. His partner Dan was courteous and professional. They finished the job and we couldn't have asked for better. Alex checked every window to make sure we were satisfied and when my husband made any comments. We would highly recommend Alex and Dan to anyone.
