I've had quite a few problems with this company, most of which I don't want to get into now. My main problem was the person that came to tell us what we needed to do for our renovation wouldn’t listen and he was very abrupt and short with us, which I didn’t like. When I questioned him he was antagonistic too. They also had to come back to put in the right tiles (one of us, I suppose, didn’t state explcity what we wanted and the wrong tiles were initially put in). There were also a couple of problems that can’t be fixed now. I would not recommend them.

This is the 2nd post on Homestars that the name of the person posting cannot be found in our customer database. Homestars claims they verify information, but will not tell us how. Out of 100s of jobs done over the years of being in business, our jobs always run very smoothly with no problems, few may have minor issues but are dealt with quickly and professionally. We are a one stop shop with our own showroom. Our customers come in to our showroom to select the products that we install into their homes. We offer a full three year warranty on everything we sell and install. Our customers receive a fully detailed job description with all selections written down, and a signed contract. In the last 20 years there has never been a wrong tile that was installed in any job which required them being removed and re-done. I am very curious as to who wrote this complaint as I stated above we have no record or any memory of this being done. This is very aggravating as this is the 2nd time we have received a review from a “Client” that we do not know recognize and Homestars refuses to back it up with proof to us.
