Albino and his crew replaced 9 windows in our home. Our new vinyl windows and exterior aluminum trim look great! His fine carpentry skills and attention to detail are apparent in the new interior trim casings. The new windows are much more energy efficient and I am enjoying the increased interior light level. What an improvement! He and his crew worked hard and we will appreciate their job well done for years to come. Torwin had replaced 13 windows in our home almost a decade ago. They still sell quality products and have excellent customer service.

After years of weeding interlock to our front walkway we wanted a maintenance free but elegant front walkway. We had mortared flagstone applied over a concrete base to the walkway, front entrance and side entrance. Unfortunately ADT service has changed greatly in the past decade, for the worse. We have spent hours on the phone booking and rebooking service appointments. Service technicians are not properly trained and ill equipped to complete simple repairs, ie-reinstalling window sensors. We have wasted a great deal of time and have been left with only frustration with ADT "service". After 13years we have had to make a change in companies. Do not waste your time with ADT.

Ideal Reno did a great job installing insulation, approximately 2000 square feet of plank vinyl flooring and baseboards in our basement after a major flood. Jimi, the owner, and Ming took great pride in their work. Our new vinyl floor is beautiful. Jimi recommended a higher profile baseboard than I had originally chosen. I trusted his expertise and was most pleased with the results. We appreciate their attention to detail and are enjoying our new space.
