We decided to use "Windows by Installer" to provide and install our windows and doors after getting other estimates. Alex and Dan were priced reasonably and offered us a much wider selection of items of better quality than the competitors. This is a family-owns business, and the pride they take in their work shows. We were provided with all of the information and pricing in writing and there were absolutely NO issues with additional "hidden fees" or "add ons". In fact, when our new storm door came in and was installed, the handle was at the same height as our deadbolt and there was just not quite enough clearance for both. They special ordered a low-profile deadbolt to match my existing hardware and made it right THAT DAY. The service was exceptional, their clean up and finishing impeccable. We so highly recommend Alex and Dan that others in our family have used them and we will be calling them again for our patio door!
