Issue was from a leak in the shower faucet cartridge. A handyman with proper tools attempted but no success and recommended a professional plumber. Contacted Homestars. Immediate response. Discussed the issue with Tenzin who provided an estimate. Tenzin found the cartridge was sealed & took 2 hours to carve out. We agreed on an alternative solution rather than using old taps etc. He returned another day taking more of his time to cut some tile, replace some piping and install a new modern shower system. He not only met expectations but exceeded them! Thx Tenzin!!
