We had a wonky garage door, where the immediate problem was that the tensor cable had fallen off the drum. He sorted that out quickly, then got to the root problems: that the door tracks were slightly misaligned and that the door's open position was an inch or so too low. All got sorted out super well. Greg is a solid guy and clearly enjoys his work. As an added bonus, his and my dogs ran around and played together while the repairs were being done.
