We had an excellent experience with Carpet Mill from the start to finish of our wood flooring project. Every team member - sales representative, Ali; estimator, Costa and the installer Marcelino - was professional, courteous and highly experienced. We were beyond happy with the work completed by Marcelino. He was extremely considerate throughout the entire process in order to minimize disruption to the household (we were particularly grateful for this with small children at home), ensuring the place was as clean as possible at the end of every day. He communicated any potential issues, ensuring we were aware of how things were progressing and professionally navigated any technical troubleshooting that was needed. The new wood floors look amazing and we will be going back to Carpet Mill for new projects. Thank you!
