We purchased our home from Fernbrook and we are so happy with our choice. The builder allowed us to customize the house to meet our needs and they were extremely helpful in finalizing our property to our satisfaction. With all new homes there are always things that need follow up and their customer care department has been exceptional in sending the trades to fix minor issues.
