In short, the other reviews on here indicating this company is 10/10 is legit. We used several contractors for a variety of work this past year in renovating our home - HTR was the best experience for us out of all of them. No headaches or non-sense.

We ordered a grand 9 foot front door with a 6 ft glass pane. We chose Unique Windoors because its price was the most competitive after receiving quotes from 4 installers and the business owner Mohsen was excellent at explaining the product. The order was placed during the peak of Covid supply chain issues so that door's manufacturing was delayed by several weeks but it was installed without any problems and it looks absolutely stunning. A year later and the hinges were acting up a bit - Mohsen drove himself from his shop in eastern Toronto to the far end west to inspect it and apply some WD-40 - it turns out that was all that was needed. Overall, the door is exactly what we wanted, the pricing was most competitive, the manufacturing delay was caused by general supply chain issues and the company owner came out to inspect and fix their product when asked. We would recommend this company to friends and neighbors.
