I recently went to CAS to arrange for a new washing machine in exchange for a defective one. The Disputes Resolution department was great about facilitating the exchange with the manufacturer, explaining my options, and advising me on next steps. The sales person in the store made the arrangements for a next-day delivery which was on time and effectively and efficiently connected my new washer. The additional cost was for the extended warranty. After months of dealing with the manufacturer, CAS made it happen. Thanks!
