As an owner of multiple properties, I've always had a good plumber on speed dial, but my usual plumber doesn't work evenings or weekends, so I have had to rely on one of the large plumbing companies in town when my usual plumber is not available, but this has resulted in some disappointing experiences depending on who showed up to do the job which was always a bit of a crap shoot. So, I decided that I needed a better alternative and that's how I came across the reviews for Jon at Paradigm which I am happy to report are 100% accurate. He is as good as his perfect reviews would suggest. I have hired Jon on two separate occasions so far and would definitely do so again without hesitation. He is honest, dependable and does excellent work. I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of an expert plumber.

Chris is the best!  I use his services annually for irrigation startup and winterization.  His prices are very reasonable. Several years ago when my landscape lighting and irrigation system required costly repairs, Chris was able to come up with cost effective solutions.  He is an expert in his field with a ton of experience.  He's also a pleasure to deal with which I really appreciate.

These guys know their stuff and do great work. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I would definitely hire them again as needed.
