After many months of telephone calls, emails and texts, we received no service for the faulty windows we purchased. There is a 25 year warranty, which the company apparently doesn't want to adhere to. We were told the windows would be repaired at the initial conversation. After many months of delay, which led to no contact at all, it seems we're stuck with paying for replacement ourselves or living with foggy windows. Do not recommend this company.

Rado was prompt, professional and personable. His work was efficient and the quote was honoured. Rado quickly repaired a lockset at no additional charge. He would be highly recommended. This work was done on short notice, at a very reasonable cost.

A written quote was provided with all details and the doors were delivered on schedule as ordered. The installation was quick and professional. Clean up was great as well. A beautiful, vintage, teak dresser sustained damage to one of its drawers. I took it to Broken Leg for repair. The repair was quick, inexpensive and very high quality. You couldn't tell it had ever been broken.
