We initially had them in to clean our rental apartment carpets, they were fast, efficient, friendly, and our landlord was so impressed that they were able to remove a stain from before we moved in, and they use green product. We again used them to do our area rugs, although I wished they would've taken the rugs away, they were done quickly and efficiently.
They moved us from our townhome to another home across town. They had three movers, and they were extremely polite and courteous. The worked extremely hard, my mother and I pitched in, when they wanted a break they asked, and it lasted no longer than 15 minutes. Teir day lasted from about 10am until 6pm, it was long for them. They put furniture where we asked. Two of the employees spoke no english, therefore telling them where things went was difficult. But I would recommend them completely, they were fast, efficient and polite, and nothing broke.
We found this company at a northalnds show. The staff have been great, they have one contractor, and therefore the work is done well. BBB reviews are the top, we had three other quotes, they were the middle of the road, and we hope to continue to work with them as we replace future windows.

This location has the most terrible custmore service you can imagine. We purchased a tv, they sent it home with us unpackaged (not to my liking). We plugged it in to try and it had massive spider cracking, and they wouldn't even consider repairing or taking any blame. We have a printer still under warranty and their comment is to contact the manufacturer. It is going to cost me more to mail it to the manufacturer than purcahse a new printer. I will never return to this location, I love future shop, but they have given it a bad name. Take the drive to a better store location not near you!
