My gas fireplace needed parts and wasn't working. Single Lady needing help received amazing customer service, Richard Jr. was the service technician and Bob was my first contact person. I would recommend this company and technicians to any person looking for help with their fireplaces. I was thinking I would have to replace this fireplace and that wasn't the case. They assessed the situation first and then recommended the parts needed. I believe this gas fire place is 15 years old. I didn't like the brass trim on the outside of the window, and Richard simply popped them off. He smiled and said 80's look gone! LOL I was so impressed and laughed at the same time.
