I had 3 roofing companies provide quotes including one who had done my roof in the past. The quotes ranged by $2000 and 1-2-3 was the lowest. However, that is not why I chose them. Joe's meeting with me provided a great education on what needs to be done and how they do it (all aspects) - including vents that I did not have but should have! The crew was superb - efficient and respectful of the property. One shrub was damaged and 1-2-3 was very quick to cover the replacement. 3 months later, I noted a few things that needed to be addressed (secure a downpipe and address one metal flashing). They were here the same day - no questions, no arguments. Great customer service. Would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair/replacemnt - flats or shingles.
