We were very happy until our Continental Furnace failed to provide heat 4 times in the first year. It was a mystery what was happening (a lot of jiggling wires and hope it worked) and the manufacturer did not support the install. We then did find there were installation issues with our unit (gas valve, venting) that could be adding to the problem. We have since had to have another company come in and pay $$ to have fixes attempted.
