Been referring Andy to my clients for many years. He does not conduct his work to please me (the agent). He conducts his work and job to ensure the buyer is fully aware of everything. At the end of the day, that is exactly what the service is intended for. Not once have I had a client/buyer call me after closing with an issue that was not discovered or addressed by Andy.
