My experience with JP Lucky Roofing and Construction has been nothing but stellar from beginning to end. I never make decisions that cost more than $1000 dollars lightly and so I will often have any questions to ask in order to develop a sense of clarity where I become comfortable spending my money. I had plenty of questions over the course of weeks that I took to make a decision to get my roof done, and throughout it all, I was met with nothing but support. Wendy was there to provide answers to all of my questions and never became impatient. Her customer service skills are top tier. Additionally, regarding specific questions about the construction, Jackie was accessible, knowledgeable, and patient as well. The workers came, completed their task, and cleaned up everything when they left. It was like they were never here. They type of service I experienced from all these branches of this company speak to a dedication and commitment that these staff have to their work and the customers they serve. I have never been happier to spend my money. Thank you all for a great experience and I will most definitely be recommending your services to anyone who will listen.
