Hero service, fully paid for November, may have come once in 3 snows. Apologies first, ala Trudeau, then no replies. Never came before noon despite saying dispatch went out 2-3 am. Truly the worst service co. I have ever experienced. Did my sidewalk myself so i wasn't embarrassed with my neighbors.
