Our home was built in the late 1940's and has many architectural features / challenges including high peaked roofs and ornate trim details that demand regular maintenance. The contractor replaced all eaves troughs with added leaf guards, down spouts and replaced all soffits with incredible attention to detail and a very high level of workmanship. The contractor provided further assistance and solutions to reduce the maintenance of our trim details while maintaining the architectural character of our home.
