Exceptional services by Sam at JSN. Very knowledgeable about the machines, and their problems (common, uncommon and rare). His diagnostic skills are those matched to a skilled doctor. He's repaired our machines now I think 5 times all-in-all. Across a number of different issues. These machines are well over 10 years old and still operate as if they were new because of Sam. Highly recommended. Everytime.
