Excellent service, he came out and checked each lock with me. I explained what I wanted to have done and he ensured he could do it. I had only 2 problems, which is why I didn't give a 10 review. First, I set up an appointment time and no one arrived I was told it was because I didn't confirm the appointment time which was untrue but only a small inconvenience. Second, I was quoted a much lower price than it ended up costing. I was told it would cost $30 per lock for a total of $90. Having the one lock keyed to 2 different keys cost $60 instead which makes sense but I was also charged an $80 'service charge' which should have been included in the quote in addition to a $5 per key cost.

I messaged Don on a Monday asking him if he could inspect a home for me on Tuesday... and it had to be at exactly 4-7pm because of the tenants! Don went out of his way to fit us into his schedule. He showed up early to get a start on the inspection. He picked apart absolutely everything wrong with the house. He turned into a house detective to determine the cause of a confounding problem with the house (it involved smelling the carpet!) He then did the impossible, he calmed my wife down. He explained exactly what needed to be done to the house and approximately how much each fix would cost us. I Highly Recommend Don!
