Howard came in to replace damaged hardwood due to a water flood. He was in and out in a day and you can't see the replaced boards unless you get down on your hands and knees. I would recommend his work any day! I supplied materials that he helped me source through the original house builder which saved me some $$.
Got the door fixed and working within a week of calling despite busy construction season. Would definitely recommend them if you need a door hung or serviced (the originally hung the door way back). Also provided useful maintenance tips/

Vista provided prompt service to create an accurate Real Property report for us to build on our property. The stamped drawing provided was everything the City needed to get our permit processed. I would recommend their service when building or selling your home.
Naiad does out blow outs every year and system maintenance. We've never had a problem with our system and they are always more than helpful and accommodating when we call them. Strongly recommend them.
Reg and his guys put up a double garage for us this last summer. I was very satisfied with the pricing (best I found) and they built what they said they would. Only thing keeping them from the 5 out of 5 stars is the cement finishing . The day they poured (cement) it poured (rain). My guess (and I am not an expert) is that they were rushing to get it under traps and because of that rush the slop of the garage is off. It causes snow melt off our car in the winter to pool on the sides and the rear corners rather than flow out the front of the garage. It just means a bit of effort to squeegee the water out from under the workbenches/shelves during the winter but I wouldn't let that stop me from recommending them. I would use them again.
It would be nice to know who this is as we heard nothing about this and we could go have a look at this to see how we can rectify this problem if u want to call us!!!
Jayman built a great home and stood behind it fixing up any issues we found in the first year. Finishing were great, options reasonable priced and the design/layout of the house was fresh compared to many of the other builders out there. Would buy from them again any day.
