I got a reply pretty quickly, and the estimated time of arrival was the next day. I chose to work with them after thinking about everything. Before starting the job, which included steam cleaning carpets in the northwest part of Calgary, Ken took the time to give us all a full rundown of what was going to happen. He was very professional throughout the conversation. He and his assistant were both very helpful because they worked hard, kept a close eye on what was going on, and cleaned up after themselves. Guys, you did a great job, and this company comes highly recommended.
