I'm so glad I got the right roofing company for the job, Joe and his crew were amazing. I spoke to Joe and he came the next day to give me the quote, I also had two other roofing companies who didn't bother to a set a date for a quote. Everything Joe wrote down on the estimate that they were going to do on the roof was done. I had to replace all my shingles and skylight (Velux fixed curb mount + flashing kit) which Joe suggested. CoverAll Roofing used a peel and stick water shield around the entire bottom of the roof, pipe and vents. They also had to replace all air vents and move them higher up on the pitch for better venting. I was thrilled that they used the peel and stick on part of the roof that had a metal plate which at the time had just felt paper. They also placed a blue synthetic water barrier from the peel and stick to the top of the roof. Joe and his brother came and had to redo and torch the valley between my home and the neighboring wall where all the leaks were coming from. The 5 person crew took one day to complete the task and did a great clean up job afterwards. Don't let Joe's young age fool you, he's a class act, very polite and professional.
