I called Jon to enquire about completely gutting and redoing our master bathroom. Him and his father came in the next day to take a look and provide us with a quote. We discussed various options and asked if we could get a quote for our top 3 options which they provided us with within a couple days. Although we were able to get slightly cheaper quotes by other contractors, we decided to go with them since they were very up front with pricing and told us about potential issues they could run into which could cost us extra (such as fixing rotten floor joists which we did end up having due to a slow on going leak). We also looked at pictures of other projects they were working on at the time and in the past and were satisfied with their quality of work. The full job took about a week and a half from start to finish (including demolition) and we were very satisfied with their professionalism and attention to detail. In the end we only went a little over the initial quote due to issue that were visible only after demolition which we were already expecting. Overall it was a good experience and we are very happy with the newly finished bathroom. We have decided to do a complete overhaul of our kitchen next and will be doing that over the winter. I highly recommend working with Jon and Philip and I look forward to working with them again soon on our next big home renovation project.
