Got a call from Mike on Sunday night within hours after posting help on Homestars. Said he would be over next day early morning and he was (a bit late, gotta keep you honest). Within a couple of hours, Mike diagnosed that I need a back flow valve installed to prevent city water from backing into my basement drain. He used a camera to confirm that I have no pipe issues going into the city main line. During the installation, the drain needed to be moved by a foot to allow more piping between valve assembly and main drain that would cost an additional $500, but the team was able to work around this and keep their initial quote as is. Thank you Mike and team for the quick response and same day service from start to finish. Definitely recommend these guys!

This is the second time that I've used Rolando's services and I must say, he is the best in his craft. Larry is a man of his word, no BS kinda guy. Very dedicated, punctual and extremely knowledgeable in all pool related topics.
