Matt refinished our floors at the beginning of a long one year project. Not his fault he was hired so early--- that was on our Contractor. However he was happy to take the better part of payment for the job and then would not come back to complete it as it had been a year of hard traffic paid him over $19,000 (his bill) so be weary to do a good hold back on this company.
This contractor quoted in the range of $35,000 to complete the electrical reno in our home. We are now at $48,000 and counting-- yet to be completed and final billed. Attention to detailed instructions in many cases have been ignored. We have been disappointed by the attitude and billing overages.
From sales right through to install all team members handled our install both professionally and expertly. The install team are freindly, respectful of your home, and efficient. They ask for confirmation of how the details of the install should proceed and ensure that they have met those details. I cannot say enough good things about his company. Well done Granite Guys.
Does a reasonable job, but is challenging to work with. Easy to indicate that everything is an overage, and questions all repairs. In the end, they did not repair areas that they should have, and with the amount paid to them should have completed the job. Frustrating to work with.
